The Darnell Bros Garment Factory will be used as a business for conducting robberies. As mentioned, this is a new addition to today's (December 10, 2024) DLC alongside a few other things like the Bravado Banshee GTS.

You can launch the robberies from a computer terminal inside the Garment Factory. However, there is also an option to access them remotely via a new app on your in-game mobile phone. This app will be installed after buying the business and going through its introductory cutscene.
