The Grotti Turismo R is a popular supercar in GTA 5 Online. Like most super-class vehicles, it is always purchasable in the game. Despite being 10 years old, it gets featured in weekly events every now and then, keeping it in the limelight.
Here's a quick rundown on everything important about the Grotti Turismo R in GTA 5 Online. Note that this vehicle isn't compatible with any HSW or Imani-Tech upgrades.
Grotti Turismo R in GTA 5 Online: Design, performance, and more
1) Grotti Turismo R: Design
The Turismo R in GTA 5 Online has many sharp edges and curves, giving it an aggressive yet elegant appearance. Despite primarily being inspired by the real-life Ferrari LaFerrari, it also seemingly took design cues from the following automobiles:
- Ferrari Project F150 "Manta" and "Tensostruttura"
- Ferrari Xezri
- Trion Nemesis
- 2013–2015 Spania GTA Spano
- McLaren P1
- Honda NSX Veilside
- Faralli & Mazzanti Evantra
- Koenigsegg CCX
- Ferrari FXX-K
2) Grotti Turismo R: Performance
According to the files of GTA 5 Online, the Turismo R runs on a single-overhead camshaft V8 engine. The in-game files also reveal its top speed to be 96.31 mph (155.00 km/h). However, the actual top speed of the supercar seems to be much higher than that.
According to popular analyst Broughy1322, the Grotti vehicle can go up to a maximum speed of 121.75 mph (195.94 km/h). The vehicle can also complete one lap in about 1:01.998, making it one of the fastest cars in the game excluding HSW vehicles.
Here are the performance statistics of the Turismo R:
- Speed: 83.17/100
- Acceleration: 88.25/100
- Braking: 40/100
- Handling: 80/100
3) Grotti Turismo R: Price
The Turismo R is priced at $500,000, making it an affordable supercar compared to newer cars added to the game. Players can buy the vehicle from the Legendary Motorsport website which describes the vehicle as follows:
“Grotti might have alienated their Old Money consumers by releasing a hybrid sports car, but 'fuel efficient' is relative when you're talking about 799hp. 0-60 in under 3 seconds and a top speed of 210 mph.”
Rockstar Games also sometimes features it at car showrooms or gives exciting discounts on its price as part of weekly updates.
Final verdict
Thos who love to collect supercars and haven’t given the Turismo R a chance yet, they should definitely try it. It can be used during getaway missions or just cruising through the city of Los Santos in free roam.
