Rockstar Games has already wowed fans with the surreal graphics of the GTA 6 trailer. Additionally, there are a plethora of fan-made trailers that are inspired by other games, as well as real-life moments. However, this recreation of the trailer is nothing major, but hugely impacts the visuals.
A Redditor named Dazzling_Lime2021 (u/Dazzling_Lime2021) shared a recreated version of the Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer by removing the pink tone.

Seeing the new version, one user named Turbulent_Ride1654 (u/Turbulent_Ride1654) commented:
“Dudes already starting "graphics mods" and the game ain't even out yet lol”
To which, another Redditor named Therealomerali (u/Therealomerali) replied:
“Lol. GTA 6 Photorealistic Graphics Mod”
It is worth noting that the pink tone is a signature style of Rockstar Games to represent Vice City. Both 3D and HD Universe Vice Cities have this iconic tone. However, the fan-made Grand Theft Auto 6 concept removed this feature to make the in-game world look similar to real life.
While appreciative of the edit, Redditor Rich-Conclusion-25 (u/Rich-Conclusion-25) emphasized the importance of the pink tone, saying:
“This looks great. But the pink was to match the Miami sunset vibes shit is beautiful them orange/pink nights.”
Another Redditor Hoolias (u/Hoolias) compared the new look with the Red Dead series:
"Now it just looks like Red Dead."
User Therealomerali (u/Therealomerali) also stated that Rockstar Games would make the upcoming game look pink rather than a realistic tone:
“I imagine Rockstar has a stylized look they're going for with the Pink Hue and tint rather than a more realistic look. Gotta see more of it in order for me to judge it.”
Many other fans stated that they preferred the new look more:
User, quittin_Tarantino (u/quittin_Tarantino) however wasn't much of a fan of this edit as they compared the new look with Grand Theft Auto 5:
“This looks like GTA V. I really hope that the game keeps the pink to create its own atmosphere.”
While Redditor u/Dazzling_Lime2021 recreated only a small portion of the popular video game trailer, the official Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer is set to cross a new milestone. As of July 10, 2024, the YouTube video is less than 700,000 views away from getting 200 million views.
When will Rockstar Games release GTA 6 on PC?
As of now, there is no official information on when the Grand Theft Auto 6 PC version will be released. However, Rockstar Games' parent company Take-Two Interactive has previously hinted about a PC release after the game gets published on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
While the console versions are scheduled to arrive in the Fall of 2025, a release window for the PC version is yet to be announced. In the meantime, Grand Theft Auto fans are speculating that Rockstar Games will take another year or two to release the PC version of the game.
