The major GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update was released on June 25, 2024, adding dozens of new content, including cars, missions, property, business, and more. It was one of the biggest DLC updates of the year. However, it seems that it brought a lot of issues to the decade-old game as well. While bugs and glitches are common and Rockstar Games always tries to fix them as soon as possible, fans mentioned some concerning issues based on their experiences.
Reddit user PrerollPapi started the discussion on the social media platform claiming that the last update straight “wrecked this game”. They backed up their claim by showing in-game footage where they sat in a car during a mission that the vehicle jumped into the sky for a brief moment before coming down. The glitch seems to have occurred when they entered the ride.
The post, published on July 14, 2024, has already gained over 100 up-votes from fans, showing that other players are also seemingly facing similar issues since the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update.
User NewFront705 reacted to their post hilariously by commenting:
“Gta: Haunted Edition”
Another fan u/Flip119 also shared their displeasure with the recent GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update in the following manner:
“Updates are always like welp, what did it f up this time? This one is the worst one yet. Buildings and roads vanish, my vehicle disappears but doesn't leave when I send it back. The mechanic can't deliver a new one, impounded vehicles are sitting right where I left them but I can't use them or call another. And it's only going to get worse...”
Here are some other noteworthy reactions from fans to the u/PrerollPapi’s post, sharing their experiences with the update so far:
While the Bottom Dollar Bounties isn’t perfect and may contain numerous unreported bugs at the moment, players can expect Rockstar to fix them with regular background updates.
