GTA Online patch notes (1.69 update)

Rockstar Games has dropped GTA Online patch notes for the title's 1.69 update. For those unaware, the multiplayer's big 2024 summer update, Bottom Dollar Bounties, was released earlier today. It introduced some new things and improved many existing features. These include Dispatch Missions, a bounty hunting business, various cars, law enforcement vehicles, new clothing items for male as well as female characters, and a lot more.

The update is available for free on all platforms, that is PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. With that said, let's take a closer look at the newly released GTA Online patch notes for the 1.69 update.

Here are some notable points from the latest GTA Online patch notes (1.69 update)

The latest GTA Online patch notes begin by explaining the Bottom Dollar Bail Enforcement business. Its purchasable properties are listed on Maze Bank Foreclosures and it functions as a bounty hunting firm. The targets range from standard to Most Wanted, with the former undergoing hourly rotation and the latter subjected to daily rotations.

New awards and Career Progress Challenges related to the Bail Enforcement business have also been introduced through GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties.

Vincent Effenburger's Dispatch Work is another new addition. These Freemode missions can be started from within an owned Law Enforcement Vehicle, such as the Dorado Cruiser, Impaler SZ Cruiser, and Greenwood Cruiser introduced today.

Civilian vehicles like the Annis Euros X32, Enus Paragon S, Bollokan Envisage, Ubermacht Niobe, Invetero Coquette D1, and the Declasse Yosemite 1500 have all debuted today as well.

Interestingly, the 1.69 GTA Online patch notes mention that some existing cars have been made compatible with the Drift Tuning modification. These are the Vulcar Nebula Turbo, Ubermacht Cypher, and the Ubermacht Sentinel Widebody.

More than 150 and 200 clothing and accessories have been added for male and female characters, respectively. Creator mode received new tools, props, and upgrades, the ability to make custom Drift and Drag Races, and Race Creator got new units.

Additionally, an exclusive Vinewood Club app has been added that lets GTA + subscribers claim business earnings remotely, purchase ammunition and request as well as purchase Vinewood Car Club vehicles.

The Car Club Garage itself has welcomed a vehicle workshop wherein subscribers can modify stored cars at a 10% discount.

Besides these new additions, the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update has also implemented some much-needed improvements. Payouts for the following jobs have been increased:

• Lamar's Lowriders
• Operation Paper Trail
• Casino Story
• Gerald's Last Play
• Madrazo Dispatch Services
• Premium Deluxe Repo Work
• Project Overthrow
• Open Wheel Races
• Taxi Work

Bunker and Biker Sell mission timers (when launched solo) and armor values of the Sparrow and RM-10 Bombushka have, both, been increased by 50%. Snacks will also get replenished automatically when starting heists and Contact Missions.

Platform-specific fixes, such as PlayStation users being unable to accept invites, the Xbox keyboard appearing continuously, GTA Plus alerts during races, Plus subscribers not being able to enter the Vinewood Car Club, or getting stuck when moving vehicles using the Vehicle Organization Menu, have been implemented.
