The GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update has added several Most Wanted Bounties, and Brock Thompson is the latest one that will remain active today (June 27, 2024). Most Wanted Bounties are part of the Bounties you can access from your Bail Office, which is the new property added with the latest DLC.

Brock Thompson, who is the Most Wanted Target for your Bail Office Bounties today, is thankfully, easy to capture. Here's how Jenette describes him when you pick the mission:

"This guy? Ooh, boy! Former heavyweight on a second degree murder charge. Somethin' of a legend back in his day, but now he's runnin' bad steroids 'round town. Got serious monster muscle. No wonder no one's wrangled 'im yet... Y-you'll be fine."

Brock Thompson is peddling steroids around Los Santos from an armored truck, all the while concealing his whereabouts with signal jammers. He's also hired The Professionals, a gang you've most likely dealt with on numerous occasions. So, here are the detailed steps that you need to follow to capture Brock Thompson alive and earn the bonus cash in the GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update:

1. You'll first have to destroy the two signal jammers to reveal Brock's location, and they will be marked on the map as A and B. There will be a few armed guards at each location, but they're easy to deal with.
2. There's also a question mark on the map which you can visit to pick up a Compact EMP Launcher. This will be invaluable in stopping down Brock's heavily armored Mule Custom once you manage to locate it.
3. After locating and disabling the truck, Thompson comes out wearing Ballistic Equipment and carrying an MG, so you'll have to whittle down his health, while killing the reinforcements that arrive at the scene.
4. Now, you'll have to watch how much damage you're doing to Thompson. Too much damage will kill him, so watch out for the small section in his healthbar that will be visible in the HUD.

Once Brock Thompson is stunned, you just need to clear out any remaining enemies and pick him up. However, don't capture him just yet, instead, hop inside his truck and grab the Bullshark Testosterone as evidence, which will grant you the $5,000 bonus. Now, once you capture and bring Thompson back at the Bail Office, you'll end the mission and get the $121,000 reward in GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties.
