However, the top comment on the post, made by a user named "Erlkoenig_1," refers to the Vice City map instead, as the Redditor seems to be impressed with the scale of the city.

The OP then jumped in and stated that the scale does seem to be bigger than in Grand Theft Auto 5. They added that while Los Santos was quite impressive, it felt quite small and the tall skyscrapers in the game feel like toys. The OP further compared this to Cyberpunk 2077, which has some truly massive buildings that make the protagonist feel extremely small.

That said, user "ViceCityTree" added that this is because of how Los Angeles, the city that Los Santos is based on, doesn't really have a massive skyline and is more of a suburban environment. In comparison, Miami, the inspiration for Vice City, has many more skyscrapers and large buildings.

User "peekundi" agreed with GTA 5's depiction of LA, proving that Rockstar did a really nice job while mapping the city. They said they visited LA and felt that Los Santos was quite similar. They also added a tongue-in-cheek comment about how the only thing missing in the game was the "violent crackheads and the entire city smelling like piss."

Others noted how impressive the hair physics looks in the trailer, which is prominently showcased in this particular scene.
