GTA 6 fans have been waiting for Rockstar Games to share some in-game details about the game, but in the meantime, they have been coming up with unique ideas of their own. There are a lot of unique ideas on the internet related to the upcoming title in the long-running series, but only a few of them are noteworthy. After the previous fighting system concept, Ok-Ingenuity9833 is back with another concept that involves Vice City’s police this time.
On a Reddit post of July 10, 2024, they shared a crime system concept for GTA 6 with a brief about new features they would like to see in the game. From the concept of lawyers to a prison schedule, there are a lot of interesting ideas that deserve some attention.

As can be seen in the above-mentioned Reddit post, u/Ok-Ingenuity9833 shared unique ideas for GTA 6’s crime system, including some fascinating ideas like Court Case, Police Station, and more. Starting with the new Star System, here’s how it would work:
- Star 1 – It could be achieved by intimidating or antagonizing NPCs. Police would search players’ last location and confront them with a warning or a $500 fine.
- Star 2 – It could be achieved in case of an assault, theft, battery, or grand theft auto. Officers would confront them peacefully and give them a chance to surrender if found guilty.
- Star 3 – It could be achieved in case police themselves see a 2-star crime being committed or if players antagonize officers, or in case of reports of murder, reckless driving, burglary, and manslaughter. The cops would behave aggressively, and use stun guns or batons to take them down.
- Star 4 – It could be achieved in case cops see a 3-star crime or reports of serial killing, shooting, lethal robberies, or burglaries. The police would use firearms but still warning to surrender.
- Star 5 – It could be achieved in case of a 4-star crime in front of police or reports of active killing sprees, mass shootings, or merciless road rages. The cops would now use roadblocks and choppers to take down players.
- Star 6 – It could be achieved with an act of terrorism or a prolonged 5-star crime. This time, SWAT would be dispatched who then use a stealthy approach to bust players down.
The GTA 6 crime system concept also has Police Dogs added to the mix, which would be dispatched to search for 3+ star criminals in Vice City. Moreover, there would be a Court Case feature where authorities decide whether someone deserves prison or leave via cutscenes.
That’s not all, as the concept also shows a Lawyer feature that would allow players to hire them to help with avoiding legal percussions.
Most importantly, the concept suggests functional police stations in GTA 6 where players would be locked up in a cell for a certain period.
