GTA Online Summer DLC 2024 file size (PS4, PS5) revealed

Rockstar Games has made Bottom Dollar Bounties, the upcoming GTA Online Summer DLC, available to pre-load on PlayStation today. As a result, its file sizes on PS4 and PS5 were revealed to be 3.467 GB and 2.589 GB, respectively. Users of these two consoles can now download the Bottom Dollar Bounties update and keep it ready to be installed at launch time on June 25, 2024.

Notably, Bottom Dollar Bounties' official launch time, as per your time zone, should also be mentioned in PlayStation's Downloads menu once the pre-loading is complete. That said, its file size on Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC is still unknown, as pre-load on these platforms hasn't been made available yet.

GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties pre-load process should begin automatically for PS4 and PS5 users with auto-download enabled, as soon as an internet connection is established with their console. Those who haven't enabled it can manually begin the download by navigating to the game's icon, clicking the options button on their controller, and selecting Check for Update.

The GTA Online Summer DLC isn't too big on either console, but the time taken to download will depend on your internet connection. However, it should be noted that the update will only get installed at its official release time.

There is a lot of excitement in the title's community regarding the update, and rightly so. The upcoming GTA Online Summer DLC will add a new bounty hunting business involving Maude Eccles and her daughter, which seems pretty intriguing. It will also debut some new cop cars to be utilized in Vincent Effenburger's Dispatch Work, along with many other things.

Interestingly, the Summer DLC's official artwork features an individual resembling a character from the September 2022 GTA 6 leaks, reportedly named Wyman.

While it is yet to be confirmed if that is him, fans are quite excited that they might get a teaser for the highly-anticipated Grand Theft Auto sequel in the update. Luckily, GTA Online Summer DLC's release is just a few days away, meaning we won't have to wait too long to find out.
