The GTA Online UFO not spawning anymore has confused quite a few in the title's massive player base. For those unaware, UFOs spawn in the skies of Los Santos and Blaine County during the annual Halloween event. The latest Halloween weekly update kicked off on October 31, 2024, and is supposed to be around through November 6, 2024. However, UFOs left well before that date, leaving many players perplexed.
The GTA Online UFO not spawning suddenly anymore is even more unfortunate for those who couldn't obtain the exclusive Shocker weapon via the Alien Abduction event. It involved being abducted by a UFO and then waking up in an underground bunker at Fort Zancudo, from where the weapon could be obtained.
Based on the timing of several comments regarding the issue, it seems like the extra-terrestrial aircraft stopped spawning after November 3, 2024. Here are some of them from various social media websites:

Oddly enough, the game still advertises The Shocker in its loading screen, as also mentioned in some of the comments above. Additionally, Rockstar Games' Newswire about the October 31, 2024 GTA Online weekly update didn't mention anything about them leaving earlier.
Players complain about GTA Online UFO not spawning anymore
As of writing, the unique GTA Online Halloween Weather is still available during the later hours of an in-game day. Unfortunately, UFOs, one of the biggest attractions of this season, have already left despite some time being left before the next weekly update's release.
It is unclear why this happened, given the lack of any prior warnings from Rockstar Games. As can be inferred from the comments attached above, this has left many players confused and complaining on social media about GTA Online UFO not spawning anymore.
