A Better Paradise, an audio fiction series, is scheduled to release its first volume. The series is expected to be 12 episodes long, and it's just one of the several ventures the transmedia company is looking to create.

As mentioned before, A Better Paradise is a 12-episode original audio fiction series that's slated to release its first volume on June 10, 2024. Here's the post that was made by the official handle of Absurd Ventures, Houser's new company:

It was reported recently that Dan Houser's company was looking for several different roles in preparation for an upcoming open-world action-adventure game. Not much is known about the game, as Absurd Ventures hasn't officially revealed any details about it.

A Better Paradise is one of the two "new universes", the other being American Caper, a graphic novel. The post also included links to Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Amazon Music, where you can listen to the official trailer, and a YouTube video as well.

Absurd Ventures is a transmedia company based in Santa Monica, California which Dan Houser officially revealed in June 2023. Here's what he had to say while describing his new company:

"We are building Absurd Ventures to create new universes and to tell great stories, wherever and however we can for a diverse variety of genres, without regard to medium, to be produced for live-action and animation; video games and other interactive content; books, graphic novels, and scripted podcasts."

Dan Houser is renowned for being the co-founder of the GTA series, and he has worked as a producer and writer on almost all GTA games since GTA London 1969. He has also worked on several other successful Rockstar Games titles like Bully, Midnight Club, Red Dead Redemption 2, and more.

Houser left the company in 2016 and registered Absurd Ventures in 2021. In November 2023, it was reported that Lazlow Jones and Michael Unsworth had also joined Absurd Ventures. They spent almost as much time in Rockstar Games as Houser himself.
