Rockstar Games has reportedly released the upcoming GTA Online Summer Update 2024 for pre-loading. According to a report by RockstarIntel (X/@GTAonlineNews), the recently announced Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC is now available to pre-load on PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4. If you play the popular multiplayer game on these platforms, you can download the files and have them ready for the actual release date.
However, keep in mind that it is a locked file and will only be available to access on June 25, 2024, when Rockstar Games officially releases the GTA Online Summer Update 2024.

On June 23, 2024, at around 4:30 p.m. IST, RockstarIntel posted that the highly anticipated GTA Online Summer Update 2024 was available to pre-load. They shared a screenshot from a PlayStation 5 where the DLC’s size could be seen as 2.526 GB. They also stated that the DLC size on PlayStation 4 consoles is 3.467 GB.
Readers should note that this is a common practice where Rockstar Games releases its major updates for pre-loading one or two days before the official release date. While the PlayStation consoles have already got the update, Rockstar has yet to release it for the Xbox consoles. Nonetheless, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S users should get the update soon.
On the other hand, PC and Steam Deck players must wait till Tuesday to download the Grand Theft Auto Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC update.
The upcoming GTA Online Summer Update 2024 seems the same size as the previous major updates. A user named Daryil (X/@daryiljohnson26) commented:
