Rockstar reveals the new GTA Online DLC release date and platforms

It’s December 2024, and there’s a new DLC update hitting GTA Online. While Rockstar Games previously only announced its arrival, the release date wasn’t confirmed until now. In the Newswire post dated December 3, 2024, developers officially released a trailer for the upcoming GTA Online DLC, called Agents of Sabotage. The trailer concludes by confirming December 10, 2024, as the release date.

The DLC is set to arrive on all currently supported platforms, i.e. PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. Read on to learn more about the trailer and everything new revealed about the DLC today.

New GTA Online DLC set to release next week, with the story involving a covert ops installation

As seen above, Rockstar released the trailer for the upcoming Grand Theft Auto Online Winter DLC, giving a glimpse of what fans can expect. The footage starts with a Terrorbyte running from the cops, setting the tone for the DLC. Agent Jodi Marshall then gets introduced as one of the main characters that players will be working on within the new story.

Here’s how Rockstar described the upcoming DLC in its Newswire post:

“Take ownership of the Darnell Bros Garment Factory — where plans for some of Los Santos’ most legendary crimes have been hatched — and use it as a covert ops installation in GTA Online: Agents of Sabotage.”

As hinted by Rockstar, players must buy the garment factory in order to access the new missions. While the cost of the same hasn’t been revealed so far, it can be expected to cost between $1,500,000 and $2,000,000 based on previous property added, the Bail Office.

Rockstar also announced the return of a familiar face in the upcoming DLC:

“Partner with Jodi, in addition to a familiar face, your first mate Pavel from The Cayo Perico Heist. Together, you’ll utilize the latest clandestine tech to zero in on some of the city’s preeminent scores in this thrilling new GTA Online update.”

Last time, the Police Predator Boat was revealed as one of the newest vehicles to debut with the DLC. The latest trailer hinted at many more automobiles to be added, including some new cop cars.
