There's still some time for Grand Theft Auto 6's arrival, which is why many look to GTA Online to keep themselves busy. While it offers plenty of things to do, with even more content being added recently via the summer update, some find other creative ways to keep themselves entertained. For instance, Redditor BadMeetsEvil999 recreated the album cover of Eminem's The Slim Shady LP (SSLP) in the game in great detail.
Eminem has a massive fanbase, and some of them, like BadMeetsEvil999, seem to be GTA Online players as well. Their Reddit post featuring the recreated album cover has 237 upvotes as of this writing and received much appreciation in the comments.
GTA Online player shares Eminem SSLP album cover recreation on Reddit
BadMeetsEvil999 has used in-game assets, like the car and the character model, to recreate the iconic album cover for the most part.
DidntPick reacted to the post by uploading an image of the actual album cover, which shows just how well-made the recreation is, and captioned it as
"Accurate!"
Here are a few more comments appreciating BadMeetsEvil999's work:
Eminem released SSLP way back in 1999, and one of the album's producers is Dr. Dre, who, interestingly, appeared in GTA Online as part of The Contract update in 2021. He played a role in the Agency's VIP Contract mission series.
Among the songs added with The Contract update is Gospel, which features Eminem. However, this isn't the first time this rapper has been linked to the series as there have been reports of Rockstar Games turning down a Grand Theft Auto movie starring Eminem.
While this idea becoming a reality seems unlikely, Rockstar could consider featuring him in a future GTA Online DLC, like Dr. Dre, or in its next major title, Grand Theft Auto 6.
The sequel's release is slated for Fall 2025, and Rocksrat Games has been quite secretive about what it will have in store. Until more information is divulged, players can keep themselves entertained with all the fresh content from the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, such as Dispatch Work, the Bail Enforcement business, or daily Madrazo Hits.
