The map expansion-like feature is a new game mode, known as the Lunderdorff Cemetery Survival, that allows players to roam through a new area.

In this GTA 5 zombie game mode, players will need to survive waves of undead NPCs on the Ludendorff Church and Cemetery. This will give players limited access to the State of North Yankton in the online multiplayer.

Gamers should note that this is the same place where Grand Theft Auto 5’s prologue was set in. It was also briefly featured in the Bury the Hatchet mission.

2) GTA 5 Online map expansion-like feature: Release date

As per the Rockstar Games newswire post of the Halloween update, the feature was released on October 10, 2024. Till October 16, 2024, players will be able to step foot in the area from the prologue via the new game mode and earn double the amount of money from it.
