"Pro tip for Mk2 griefers": GTA Online player sends a message to Oppressor Mk II griefers

GTA Online's notorious Pegassi Oppressor MK II, a weaponized hover bike, is often seen being used by griefers. Most Grand Theft Auto fans detest the vehicle due to its overpowered, futuristic characteristics that make it hard to counter. However, Redditor u/twilshirre uploaded a video of them besting an Oppressor MK II griefer hilariously while in a Police Maverick helicopter.

Here's what they said:

As can be seen in the video above, u/twilshirre gets attacked by a griefer on an Oppressor MK II with Homing Missiles.

While the chopper should have been destroyed in a single hit, being on an active mission might have been the reason behind them having no effect. The GTA Online griefer then somehow falls off his bike during the encounter, right into the Police Maverick's rotors, and dies.

Viewers seemed to enjoy the video, based on the comments. One of them, u/themanofax, even talked about doing something similar themselves during a Nightclub promotion mission:

"Love slicing up mosquitoes like this. My favorite is when I'm doing the nightclub mission dropping the flyers from that chopper and one comes along. That heli can't even be homed on during the mission, so always easy to chop them up like that since they try to get super close lol."

Interestingly, Redditor u/Strzvgn_Karnvagn said that they love destroying the flying bike with their Deluxo, which is a weaponized car capable of flying:

"I love demolishing Mk2s with my Deluxo, it‘s almost always one sided and i love it."

That being said, some wished for the exclusion of the Oppressor MK II and other similar vehicles in Grand Theft Auto 6.

In fact, u/monkeysamurai2 stated that it shouldn't have even been added to GTA Online in the first place:

"Those things never should've been added to the game. I really hope Rockstar doesn't add it back to GTA 6."

Many GTA Online vehicles were spotted in the first GTA 6 trailer

Most of the vehicles seen in the upcoming Grand Theft Auto title's trailer were returning rides from GTA Online. Among them was the Police Maverick helicopter, which has appeared in many previous GTA titles as well.

However, if there is one vehicle that most of the fanbase doesn't want to see return, it is the Pegassi Oppressor MK II. This futuristic bike is one of the most despised vehicles in the series, and the comments on the above Reddit post echoed that sentiment.

That said, the Oppressor MK II not appearing in the sequel's first trailer doesn't guarantee it won't return. But it seems the fanbase would prefer that being the case since griefers in its online mode (currently unannounced) would then be stripped of their favorite tool.
