The GTA 5 1.69 update, better called the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC is the latest Summer Update to hit the game. It has added numerous things to the online multiplayer mode of the game including new missions, cars, and a business allowing players to have more fun. Alongside this, Rockstar Games has implemented various other changes and improvements to the game.
This article will list some of the major changes that have arrived with the update and rank them accordingly. It is worth noting that the ranking is based on how good and effective these changes are as well as how much they will affect players.

To rank all the major features from the GTA 5 1.69 update, we have decided to go with the classic S to C categories where anything under S is the best while the features under C are nothing special or worth being excited about.

It is worth noting that some of these features are completely new whereas others are major improvements that will make the game much more enjoyable for everybody. This includes the ability to create custom drift and drag races as well as test them out.
The S-tier features
Everything under the S-tier is a much-needed buff and improvement that almost everybody has been wishing for quite some time. Now that Rockstar Games has finally listened to the requests, fans can't hold their excitement.
The buff to both Sparrow and Bombushka will make these aerial vehicles in GTA Online much more usable. Sparrow, while being one of the best helicopters in the online multiplayer mode used to be weak in certain departments. This new buff will allow it to get stronger as is the case with the Bombushka.
The base payout increase for missions like Taxi Work and Open Wheel Races will bring them back into the limelight. Apart from this, Sell Mission Timer is a great gift for solo players. The GTA 5 1.69 update has made several such changes.
The A-tier
The GTA 5 1.69 update added several new things to the game including a business that will allow players to hunt down criminals and other bad people. This was one of the most-requested features in the game and fans are very happy to finally get this opportunity.
Jenette Eccles, daughter of Maude, is making an appearance with this update and will be helping you catch these bad guys. She is a part of the business and hence will be available anytime you feel like working. On top of that, Vincent is back to help you make some money and is offering Dispatch Work missions.
These will become quite easy with the auto-replenishing snacks feature that has been implemented with the GTA 5 1.69 update.
The B-tier
Players can now make custom Drift and Drag races in the game. While this is a great thing, it is nothing too exciting, unlike the new business and characters. GTA Online already has various Drift and Drag races that one can participate in.
That said, the option to test these races is one of the best things that has arrived with this update. There are several new changes to the Creator mode as well which will allow you to be more efficient with the in-game tools.
The C-tier
Everything under C-tier is alright but nothing to write about. While players were excited about the new cop cars arriving in the game with the GTA 5 1.69 update, Rockstar Games has set their prices too high. This has turned away a vast majority of players who wanted to try out these cars.
Apart from this, the new feature to add multiple rounds to a Drag race is not too exciting. The beauty of this race is to pick a winner in just one round and show off your skills.
