While the revelation of the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC was mostly met with positive responses from the GTA Online fanbase, the fact that Michael doesn't seem to be in it has also disappointed many. Be that as it may, as already mentioned, Michael wasn't seen in any scene or even teased, so it seems unlikely that he would be making an appearance in the Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC.
