The Bottom Dollar Bounties update introduced players to a bunch of new GTA Online cars on June 25, 2024. However, data miners have found a few more in the update's files, one of which looks to be based on the Jeep Avenger. This car is reportedly named Canis Castigator and could be priced at a little over $1.5 million when it is made available officially.
Needless to say, the Castigator's detailed performance statistics are unavailable at the moment, but a tad bit of information is known. So, let's take a closer look at a new GTA Online car seemingly based on the Jeep Avenger and when it might be released.

The GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties update drip-feed cars include an SUV named Canis Castigator. Its exterior resembles the Jeep Avenger SUV from real life to a good extent, especially its front end with the slender grille under the headlights.
It looks to have four seats and data miners suggest there could be 22 customization categories available for it, including options like fenders, sunstrips, roof, chassis, bumpers, spoilers, etc. Unfortunately, no indications regarding Castigator's compatibility with Imani Tech or HSW Upgrades have been made as of this writing.
That said, the Jeep Avenger-based ride does seem pretty fast and easy to handle for its size, based on the following video:
These attributes can make Castigator a popular choice among all the new GTA Online cars added with the Bottom Dollar Bounties update when it releases. But players should note that its data mined price is $1,650,000 on Southern San Andreas Super Autos, which isn't cheap by any means.
When is Canis Castigator expected to be released?
Major DLCs releasing some new GTA Online cars on launch day and retaining a few as drip-feed content is a common theme. Vehicles in the latter category are made available over time until the next major DLC drops.
However, it is impossible to tell exactly when the Castigator will be released. All GTA Online summer update drip-feed cars are usually made available by the end of the year, right before the winter DLC releases. This should very likely be the case with this Jeep Avenger-based vehicle as well, but that remains to be seen.
