The Ubermacht Niobe is one of the new GTA Online vehicles added with the Bottom Dollar Bounties update, and it has already won the hearts of many fans. However, if you're still wondering whether you should buy this car or not, here's everything you need to know about it. We've covered all the details like the price-to-performance ratio, design, customization, and more.
It should be noted that this is one of two cars released as part of the new DLC that is eligible for HSW performance upgrades.
Reasons to buy Ubermacht Niobe in GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC
The Ubermacht Niobe is one of the new coupes added alongside the newly released GTA Online Bottom Dollar Bounties DLC. You can buy this vehicle from Legendary Motorsport for $1,880,000. This might seem expensive considering it doesn't come with Imani Tech upgrades like with the Bollokan Envisage, although the latter is a lot more expensive with a price tag of $2,472,000.
There are ample reasons to buy the Ubermacht Niobe that don't necessarily involve any unique upgrades, such as its design. The vehicle is based on the iconic BMW i8, and it's a stunning recreation that almost seems identical to its real-life counterpart. The vehicle also doesn't make much sound, just like its inspiration, as the BMW i8 is a plug-in hybrid sports car.
Ubermacht is a car manufacturer in the GTA Online universe that's based on BMW, and most of their cars have names referring to the Matrix series. Niobe is the name of Jada Pinkett Smith's character in three of the four movies from the franchise.
Now, if you're wondering about the effectiveness of the Ubermacht Niobe, you need not worry. The vehicle has an incredible performance, with a top speed of 127.25 mph, as measured by popular GTA Online YouTuber Broughy1322. It also comes with decent handling, although there's a bit of an understeer. This isn't necessarily bad and might even be preferred by some players.
When you install HSW upgrades for the Niobe, it tops out at 159.50 mph (again measured by Broughy1322). The base upgrade costs $1,800,000, which is almost as much as the price of the vehicle itself.
As such, the base performance of the vehicle is quite impressive and justifies its price. So even if you're on PC or old-gen consoles, the vehicle is still worth buying without the HSW upgrades.
