GTA 4 has a unique healthcare feature that fans want in GTA 6 as well. Recently, a Redditor named StoneRXx (u/Mackey_Nguyen) shared a video from the 2008 title where Niko Bellic called the Emergency Service and requested a paramedic to replenish his health.
Seeing the feature, one user named Braincube013 (u/Feisty-Clue3482) commented:
“Literally anything from GTA 4 that they place in GTA 6 will be a blessing to have.”
It was the first time Rockstar Games allowed Grand Theft Auto players to interact with the paramedic service directly. Whenever the protagonists of the game (Niko, Johnny, and Luis) are low on health, they can call 911 and get a health restoration in exchange for some money. It is one of the unique things GTA 4 players can do in the game.
Another user named Jimmy (u/JinTarantino) also mentioned Carmen Ortiz, one of the girlfriends of Niko Bellic, who can help the protagonist restore his health.
Many were stunned after discovering this information and commented that they were seeing this healthcare feature for the first time.
This feature really intrigued the masses, and some also mentioned certain interesting Grand Theft Auto 4 features that should return in GTA 6.
One user named Sirius (u/SiriusPlague) also pointed out the cost of health replenishment over the phone:
“I'm playing IV for the first time. I would thank you for this as there are some times that I can't find street food, but then I saw the price.”
While GTA 4 charged the player $795 for the service, Rockstar Games can tweak the numbers a bit before reintroducing it in GTA 6.
Will GTA 6 be as realistic as the GTA 4 gameplay?
While Rockstar Games has yet to reveal the official Grand Theft Auto 6 gameplay, it is anticipated to be the biggest project ever from the studio. Therefore, we can expect GTA 6 to surpass GTA 4’s realism after its final release. The 2008 title has many minute details that make it one of the most realistic Grand Theft Auto games.
However, the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer showed the gaming community what Rockstar Games can do with enough time for development. The surreal graphics, realistic physics, and overall ambiance blew fans' minds and set new standards for other game developers to achieve.
Being the pioneer of the HD Universe, the 2008 title also has plenty of realism that makes Grand Theft Auto 4 worth playing in 2024. However, GTA 6 will undoubtedly beat it in all aspects, including realism.
