Alex Daniel Tuch is an American ice hockey forward for the Buffalo Sabres in the National Hockey League (NHL), as of 2024. The Minnesota Wild selected him as the 18th overall pick in the first round of the 2014 NHL Entry Draft. He signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Minnesota Wild on April 13, 2016. Tuch made his NHL debut with the Wild in the 2016–17 season. On June 21, 2017, Tuch was traded to the Vegas Golden Knights in the NHL Expansion Draft deal that involved selecting Erik Haula.

Alex Tuch played a pivotal role in Vegas's run to the 2018 Stanley Cup Finals. He scored his first career hat trick on October 20, 2022, in a 6–3 win over the Calgary Flames. He followed it up with another hat-trick on April 1, 2023, including a shorthanded goal, in a 6–3 victory against the Philadelphia Flyers. The 2022–23 season marked career highs for Tuch in goals, assists, and points while playing alongside Tage Thompson and Jeff Skinner.
