Linus remained a solid goaltender for the Sabres in the next few seasons. In the 2020-21 season, he played in 20 games and recorded a 9-6-3 record with a 2.63 GAA and a .917 SV%.

Boston Bruins (2021-2024)

Following the 2020-21 season, Linus Ullmark signed a four-year, $20 million contract with the Boston Bruins. He immediately became the Bruins' starting goaltender and had a breakout season in the 2021-22 season. He played in 40 games and recorded a 26-10-2 record with a 2.45 GAA and a .917 SV%. In the 2022-23 season, he played in 49 games and recorded a 40-6-1 record with a 1.89 GAA and a .983 SV%

Linus's performance in 2022-23 earned him a nomination for the Vezina Trophy, which is awarded to the NHL's best goaltender. He also won the William M. Jennings Trophy and the Elizabeth Dufresne Trophy in 2023.

Linus Ullmark began the 2023–24 season as the starting goaltender for the Boston Bruins. He ended the season strong, posting a 1.90 goals-against average (GAA) and a .935 save percentage in his last nine games. In the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs, the Bruins were eliminated in the second round by the Florida Panthers in six games.

Ottawa Senators (2024-present)

Linus Ullmark was traded from the Boston Bruins to the Senators on June 24, 2024, in exchange for Joonas Korpisalo, Mark Kastelic, and a first-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft. According to Spotrac, Ullmark signed a four-year contract with Ottawa on October 9, 2024, worth $33 million, with an average annual value of $8.25 million.
