The start to the run-chase pretty much summed up what we were heading towards. Three balls in, Sazzad Hosen nicked one, and Tejinder Saran dived to his right and latched onto it with the webbing on his right hand. Rajiv Sharma's innings went absolutely nowhere, he walked in after the fall of the first wicket and struggled to get going at all. His dismissal was as tame, as he picked out mid-wicket with a nothing shot.

Paramjeet Singh, though, kept at it, trying to find the boundary whenever possible. But his efforts didn't last for too long, once he held out to Shinwari Mujeeb off Ikramullah Naseer, it felt like the game was done with. Nemish Mehta and Arshvir Singh, though, kept the fight going just a little bit longer, keeping their side in the hunt till the penultimate over. A cluster of wickets fell towards the end, and the Mechelen Stars complete the double over 12 Stars CC today.
