The Bonn Blue Stars have ended up with just 109 on the board and it has been a massive win for the Rising Stars. They've thumped the Bonn side by 37 runs and they've ended the day with a superb win.

The Bonn side lived and died by the sword as they came out all guns blazing. Zaheer Abbas started off with a bang and he got them off to a flyer. However they kept loosing wickets in quest of quick runs and towards the end, they ran out of steam and ended up folding up for just 109. Haroon Javed made an excellent contribution of 23 in the middle order but he ran out of partners and barely had any support from the other end.

The Rising Stars bowlers took some pounding earlier on in the innings but they managed to keep getting wickets at regular intervals and it turned out to be the turning point in the game. The Bonn side were never going to be able to manage going at more than 15 per over for a prolonged period of play and the likes of Shirzad and Jan showed exactly that as they picked up wickets in heaps in the middle and later overs. The left armer Shirzad was the pick of the bowlers having taken a 3-fer in his two over spell.
