Amdocs must be disappointed with their batting effort after having the chance of chasing down the total of less than 100 runs. Their top order failed big time and that really put pressure on their incoming batters to score runs at a rapid rate without losing too many wickets. They lost 3 wickets inside the powerplay that includes all their main stays who are capable of winning the matches for the team. Pankaj Parvesh played the lone hand of taking the team through to the final over but couldn't help the team cross the finish line. He scored 43 runs from 26 balls with 4 big hits over the ropes but no one supported him at the other end scoring at a decent clip. In the end, they fell short by 10 runs and have now lost both the games of the tournament so far.

Cyprus Moufflons have done a brilliant job with the ball by picking big wickets and pushing the opposition onto the backfoot early on in the innings. Murtaza Yamin was the star bowler from his team picking 3 wickets in his 2 overs with all coming inside the powerplay. Lakhwinder Singh and Waqar Ali also got a wicket each but the momentum was broken quite early in the innings by Murtaza Yamin with his 3 wicket haul. This will be a very satisfying win for them and confidence will be sky high going ahead into the tournament. They now stand 2nd on the points table with same number of points with Eagles who have a better NRR with 2 wins under their belt. It will be interesting to see how this tournament shapes up as it is still early days yet and we have quite a number of exciting encounters coming up in the next few days.

That was a valiant effort from the Amdocs' batters, especially from Pankaj Parvesh who remains unbeaten on 43 from 26 balls but fails to take his team through to cross the finish line as no other batters from the top order supported him in the middle.
