Jamshed Khan brought the game quite close for the Dusseldorf Blackcaps to try and win but soon after his dismissal in the final over the game, their innings derailed. Therefore, Bayer Spartans were able to enjoy a come-from-behind victory which they had not seen coming.

Dusseldorf seemed to be out of the game for major chunks of it but that was before Jamshed Khan went ballistic. He sent most of the balls he faced out of the park. He will be terribly disappointed due to not ending up on the winning side by the end of the evening.
