We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you due to the numerous technical errors that we faced, and we regret being unable to bring some of the live action to you all the way from Cartama, Spain.

Belgium looked like they were in with a shout, but it evaporated soon after Uzzair Shah came into the attack. Bagging three wickets in his first over, the gentle medium pacer broke the back of the Belgian chase, and after that, it was just a matter of time before the Scots started celebrating. It will be a while though, before they can head back to Edinburgh and sit down with a Scotch and a soda.

Belgium, for their part, did not do too badly with the bat. However, what came back to haunt them was the strategy that they always employing in such situations- trying to hit each and every ball out of the park. While it did come off at times, at others it led to the downfall of some of their top batting talents. We will now head to the next game of the day: the Eliminator.

The chase is now going beyond the Belgium players. 7th wicket down. We are again facing some issues with the live broadcast, we will be back as and when the coverage improves.

The Belgians know only one way to play, and that is by hitting the ball all over the park; sadly this has not worked well for them in this game.

He tries to reach out for that and ends up getting a bottom edge which has been safely taken by the keeper. Was a sharp catch.

4.4 Uzzair Shah to Saber Zakhil, What a way to start your innings. Right in the hitting arc and Zakhil gets into the act with a maximum. Was a short one which came on nicely and Zakhil picks it up and pulls it away well over the deep midwicket fence for a maximum.

He tries to pick that up and deposit that over the deep square leg fence. Was into the shot a bit too early and ends up getting a leading edge which has been taken at the deep third man region. The fielder ran in well and held onto that. The game is turning in this over.
