David Warner (Brampton Wolves captain): At the start I said we wanted to bowl first because the wicket was watered last night. The ball kept low, but the way the bowlers bowled was fantastic. Told them not to leave the stumps, and they did great. That's advantage of playing 100 Test matches. You wait for the opportunities, and pounce on lengths, ones that shoot low aren't your boundary option. You got to run hard between the wickets as well. We're a tight group, I tell our guys to socialize and be together as much as they can. We're all inclusive here, enjoy each other's company and keep going, and hopefully don't have to change the team.

Shakib Al Hasan (Bangla Tigers Mississauga captain): We have to let that go quickly as we are playing two back to back games. The mistakes we have to forget and move forward. It's more of a right batter against the right bowler. On these kind of wickets we keep speaking on how to do things. We have to move on and concentrate on winning the next two games.

Andrew Tye is the Player of the Match, here is what he had to say: I definitely try and pick the brains of others. The one I bowled today I picked it from Jhye Richardson. Potentially you can over think with many variations but I use only two or three in the game.

There still was a lot of juice on this deck as the Wolves set out to chase what seemed like a meagre target. The Bangla Tigers bowlers hit the right notes more often than not, but they were just not backed well enough by their teammates. Catches were dropped, there was the odd mis-field every now and then, and the game slipped off their grasp rather quickly.

The Tigers broke through in the first over itself - David Wiese trapped Kobe Herft in front. David Warner and Jack Jarvis had a hard time negotiating the new ball, but the duo survived, somehow saw off the odd rising delivery, and helped the Wolves get back on track. Warner chanced his luck, and managed to find the boundary on a few occasions in the powerplay.

Jarvis wasn't as lucky, though - he played second fiddle to Warner for a while, and fell trying to dab a short one towards deep third. Beau Webster came in, survived a dropped chance, proceeded to hit the ball cleanly on a few occasions, and he and Warner ensured the Wolves got home with heaps of time to spare, and in the process, bettered their position in the points table immensely. 11.2 Dillon Heyliger to David Warner, that's game set and match for the Brampton Wolves. Short and wide outside off, a guided upper cut over the backward point fielder and comes back for a brace to hit the winning runs. This has been an absolute thrashing.
