Commentary

What a game for Viktoria this has been! At the half-way stage, their chances of defending 95 runs against a team like Rehberge did not look as strong, especially given what they did in that first game. However, we've always fancied comebacks in this sport haven't we? From being down and out to bouncing right back! Is exactly what Viktoria has done here.

They needed quick wickets at the top and boy did they get them in style! Rehberge were reduced to 22/4 inside four overs, absolutely struggling and the innings looked like it wasn't going anywhere for them at that stage. Viktoria were simply brilliant in that first half, keeping it tight, picking wickets and that is where they actually won this game, making it difficult for Rehberge to go all the way from there on.

However, Imran Choudhry and Saeed Sahil did provide them with some hope, keeping Rehberge in it almost till the very end with their fifty plus stand under pressure, which made this contest interesting as well. Although, Zahid Mahmood got rid of both of them in two consecutive deliveries and that was pretty much it for Viktoria.

Ehsan Latif was magnificent at the top for his spell of 2/6. Harsha Gopireddy chipping in with a couple of vital blows as well and this was a complete effort from the bowling unit to go out there and defend that total. Disappointing for Rehberge as their winning streak comes to an end with this defeat for the moment.

This win is really going to lift a side like Viktoria up, who are playing in their debut ECS season. Well, that is all we have from this fourth and final game of the day.
