A comprehensive win for Britannia CC as they win the match by 8 wickets and finish it off within 6 overs. They did really well with the ball in hand earlier in the match and have now put up a masterclass with the bat in hand. They did well in the powerplay and then did much better post powerplay as they finished the match in a hurry and will be looking to continue this form in the matches coming ahead.

The start was fantastic as they managed to shave a big chunk of the score in the powerplay itself. Openers, Goyal and O'Grady got off to a flying start. Goyal was the aggressor as he managed to smoke 2 sixes in the first over itself before he looked to go after the bowling yet again and lost his wicket. Virk came out in the middle and played a brisk inning. It lends his side some momentum there as he hit a six and a four before falling prey to some smart bowling. Later, Rohit Singh took the matters into his hands and played a knock of 30 runs that sealed the fate of the chase and won it for his side as they coasted home with a win with 25 deliveries to spare.

BICA didn't have the bowling to compete with such high-quality batting. Ravi Vankuri and Chandu Nagasai got some wicket but had to face the wrath of Rohit Singh who took them to all nooks and corners of the park. Ankur Dubey was taken apart by the batsmen as he bowled only a solitary over but went away for 20 runs.

5.5 Chandu Nagasai to Rohit Singh, angles a length delivery into the pads, Rohit looks to sweep this fine but he is beaten on it as the ball pins into his pads before dribbling behind square and the batters cross over to seal the contest with a leg bye. Another dominating display from Britannia CC as they win by 8 wickets with a massive 25 deliveries to spare!

CREAMED AWAY! And what a shot to level the scores! Was short and on the off stump. O'Grady gets on his backfoot and pulls that one majestically for a boundary

5.4 Chandu Nagasai to Rohit Singh, FOUR! He picks the bones out of that one! Dropped halfway into the surface and angled into the batter on off, Rohit pummels a flat pull in front of square on the leg-side to give the fielder no chance of getting across to it! Scores leveled!

5.3 Chandu Nagasai to Rohit Singh, short and well outside off, Rohit gets up on his toes and cuts hard as the edge flies towards deep third man. Just a single on this occasion!

WHAT A HUGE SHOT! That should've been given 12. Was full and right in the slot on that occasion and the ball goes all the way over the ropes, in fact out of the park for a six. Britannia CC only a huge hit away from a win here

5.2 Chandu Nagasai to Rohit Singh, SIX! LAUNCHED INTO ORBIT! Rohit is in a real hurry here - it was a full length delivery and once it is in the arc at the stumps, it is going out of the park! Rohit holds the pose as he carves it straight over the bowler's head as the ball lands a mile back over the fence with a big THUD!

5.1 Chandu Nagasai to Richard O'Grady, slants it into a full length in the corridor outside off, Richard comes forward to drive it on the up towards the fielder at deep cover to bring his skipper back on strike.

Britannia CC are on 68/2 after 5 overs. They need a mere 13 runs to win. For Singh, it will be a matter of a couple of lusty blows before his closes the game shut at the face of his opponents and runs away with this contest

A gift for Rohit Singh. Was short and going down the legside, was a rubbish delivery from Vankuri there and Singh rightfully hits that one away behind square leg for a boundary.

4.5 Ravi Vanukuri to Rohit Singh, FOUR! SHODDY BOWLING! It was speared down the leg-side on a short length and Rohit stands his ground before helping himself to a pull over fine leg as the ball soars over the infield en route to the fence.
