Commentary

Well, what am entertaining game of cricket this has been! Gladiators lost early wickets and were in trouble upfront. It seemed like things from the previous game would repeat for them and United were in control of the game. However, what a come back it was from them to get over the line pretty comfortably in the end. They needed one partnership and it was the duo of Manmeet and Waqas that gave them that. Manmeet was brilliant for his match-winning 43 under pressure.

United will be disappointed with this finish after picking up those early wickets and putting pressure on the batters. They had the game under control but could not finish the job as they allowed Gladiators to come back and eventually ended up losing the contest.

It is only fair that both the teams walk away with a win each here, as they have both played some good and entertaining cricket. Gladiators coming back to level scores after their opening defeat and United missing out on an opportunity to make it a double.
