It's an emphatic win for the Braves as they chased what seemed to be a huge total at the halfway stage. Sikandar Raza promoted himself and just went into a rampage mode right from the start. He just unleashed all his power and frustration equally and the bowlers had no clue on how to stop the onslaught. There were quite a few half-chances and tough ones handed by Raza but the Hurricanes' fielders failed to capitalise on it and paid the price

Herft was happy to play second fiddle and to watch Raza bludgeoning the bowlers at the other end. The partnership between Raza and Herft kept growing strong and it turned out to be match-defining in the end. The Braves were below par so far in this tournament but a win like this would be a big revival to their campaign
