That brings us to the end of our coverage of this game. It's a new day, and we will be here with plenty of cricketing action from all around the globe once again! This is Rajarshi, signing off on behalf of Pragadeesh. Good night!
Match summary:
Surrey Kings win by 8 wickets with 26 balls to spare
A target of 60 was never going to prove to be a threat for the Surrey Kings, particularly with the batting line-up that they have. The first couple of overs killed the game pretty much, as Kirk McKenzie took on the bowlers and went on to smash 25 in quick time before being dismissed.
The Cornwall Warriors bowlers, just like their batters, were mostly wayward. They did manage to nip the two openers out, but that paved the way for Andre Russell to come in and finish the game off. Russell, having played out a few deliveries, went on to do just that, going 6,4,6 against Lennox Simpson in the 6th over.
Ah! Andre Russell has got the job done in a jiffy! Surrey Kings win by 8 wickets!
We're having problems with the stream once again. Stay tuned, we'll be right back!
4.3 Andre Blake to Andre Russell, backs away to punch the length delivery down to long-off for a single
4.2 Andre Blake to Mickayle Riley, good length angling in, Riley misses the flick and the ball raps his front pad. They sneak a leg-bye
4.1 Andre Blake to Andre Russell, opens the blade to work the length delivery down to deep third for one
Andre Blake, right-arm medium-fast, comes into the attack
McKenzie was looking good to get his side home, but he had to depart. Well, muscle Russell is here to get the job done! Can he get it done, though?
