Czech Republic falls short once again as Germany win the tie by 11 runs. The openers Rhuturaj Magare and Sahil Grover scored in single digits before Dylan Steyn took charge of the proceedings. His swashbuckling knock of 35 off 17 helped Czechia decrease the required run rate. But, he lost his wicket to Basir who took three wickets in the match.

Sazib Bhuiyan and Arun Ashokan departed for ducks while Sabawoon Davizi fell prey to Shahid Afridi. Sudesh Wickramasekara and Ritik Tomar did score a couple of boundaries but in the end, they would realize that they allowed too many dot balls and paid the price for it.
