Everest tried their best to chase this total down, but could not quite come to grips with the tight bowling put on display by the Napa Royal Kings. With their skipper and top batter Bimal Ranabhat getting run out unfortunately, all the responsibility fell upon the able shoulders of fellow opener Jeevan Lamsal.

Until the ninth over, the game seemed all but gone for Everest, but it was Sehran Ahmed's over that tilted the balance in favour of Everest yet again. Arjun Shahi and new batter Mohammad Husain, who came in after the fall of Lamsal, tucked into the former's bowling and made him pay for pitching it right in the slot.

Husain was the star of the show for Everest late into this game. He redeemed himself by smacking a few choice blows off the bowling of Sehran Ahmed and made up for the runs that he conceded while he was bowling. This win will give Everest a lot of confidence, and we expect them to keep carrying on with this momentum. The Royal Kings will be rightfully devastated.
