Hold onto your breath folks! This is one heck of a thriller we've witnessed and we sure didn't see it coming. Especially not after FC Viktoria, in pursuit of 96, were reduced to rubble at the end of the third over. Their top four was dismissed cheaply despite Waleed Aslam coming out with positive intent, leaving them with a mountain to climb.

They needed someone to launch a counter-attack and it seemed as though Shahbaz Muhammad and Zahid Mahmood were the men for the hour. The former tore into Nagapratap Mahanandhi, only to end up castled towards the end of it. Mahmood, though, dealt in sixes and dispatched anything in his arc.

It must be said that Viktoria were helped along the way by some ordinary catching near the boundary ropes. Of course, Ketan Shetty pulled off an NFT-worthy stunner earlier in the innings, but the number of times the boundary riders parried the ball over their head left a lot to be desired.

It was archetypal of pressure getting to the fielding side and it took a halt in play halfway through the penultimate over to dent the momentum in the chase. With Mahmood departing towards the end of the over, the writing was on the wall and fittingly, it was Ketan Shetty who sealed it with the final wicket despite the match going down to the final delivery owing to a couple of wides. At the end of it all, ICA Berlin have managed to hold on and pull off the double over FC Viktoria, leaving them heartbroken.

Oh you couldn't write this script! A thriller out of absolutely nowhere and it's ICA Berlin who hold on for dear life! They win by 4 runs and pull off the double over FC Viktoria!
