Victories don't come as emphatically as this in this format, 7 wickets and 17 balls to spare! The Wild Panthers never looked like they were going to impose much threat with the bat early on, especially with the run out of danger-man Azhar Andani. Arslan Naseem and Dikshit Patel spent a lot of time at the crease but did not yield much in return. The duo did try to go for the big hits, but by then, they couldn't connect, the pressure kept mounting, and soon enough, both were dismissed. The Patels, Dhaval and Mitul, tried upping the ante to an extent, and Manjeet Singh's 3-ball 8 helped the Panthers get to 80.
Mohammad Asaduzzaman braved an injured calf muscle and smashed the life out of the game right at the beginning. His 8-ball 21 handsomely set the platform for the rest of the batters to cruise through; there wasn't too much pressure inflicted, particularly with the fielding standards presented by the Panthers. The Panthers, though, were chipping away with a wicket every now and then, but Mohammad Jayed Alam and Md Abdul Motin's presence at the crease helped Friendship CC get past the line without fretting much.
