Thank you so much for tuning in for yet another match, this is Bidipto and Pranav who will be taking your leave. Lots of World Cup and ECS action coming to you so don't miss out on the same. Take care.
Nitish Rana has surely played the knock that he will remember as he played a brilliant and calm knock that got his side marching towards victory. It was a display of pure class as he scored the runs on a very tricky pitch and got a comfortable win for his side. The batters started things off not on a good note and it looked like Gujarat were going to give them a taste of their own medicine over there but little did they know that it was just for a short while as Nitish Rana alongside Rizvi played a match winnings partnership to get them the win and even though Gujarat gave them a good fight, it was not enough as they won with a very good margin.
Nitish Rana: This was an important win for us and I feel good that I've had this kind of a contribution today. In the league phase, 30-40 runs were coming but I had the belief that a big score will come. I thought that the wicket would be good to bat on and when I went out to bat, the idea was to finish it quickly. But the pitch played differently and I had to rein myself in. Out fast bowlers bowled superbly, making the most of the conditions. That helped us immensely.
18.4 Arzan Nagwaswalla to Dhruv Jurel, UTTAR PRADESH MOVE INTO THE QUARTER-FINALS! FOUR RUNS! Full but on the pads. Jurel flicks it away through mid-wicket off the middle of the bat and there is no fielder out in the deep to cut that off!
18.3 Arzan Nagwaswalla to Dhruv Jurel, SIX RUNS! Slightly slow and short on off-stump. Hammered over deep mid-wicket off the back foot for a maximum!
18.2 Arzan Nagwaswalla to Dhruv Jurel, short outside off-stump. Punched straight to backward point off the back foot, no run here.
18.1 Arzan Nagwaswalla to Dhruv Jurel, good length ball on the pads. Worked to the deep backward square-leg region off the back foot for a well-judged couple.
A sloppy shot and here goes yet another one!
18.1 Arzan Nagwaswalla to Dhruv Jurel, over the wicket, GIVEN ON-FIELD BUT REVIEWED IMMEDIATELY BY JUREL. Short outside leg-stump, Jurel goes back and looks to pull it away but fails to connect. The umpire reckoned that there is a slight nick and that it is a caught behind case. It is a fair delivery but UltraEdge shows that there is no bat on ball, or glove for that matter! So Jurel stays on and it is also a WIDE!
Arzaan Nagwaswalla, [3-0-19-0] coming back into the attack.

17.6 Ravi Bishnoi to Dhruv Jurel, short and flat on leg-stump. Worked away to deep square-leg off the pads for a single to open the account.
17.5 Ravi Bishnoi to Dhruv Jurel, full and flat on off-and-middle. Defended back to the bowler off the slight forward press.
17.4 Ravi Bishnoi to Dhruv Jurel, short around off-stump. Outside edged off the back foot with the attempted square-cut. No run to short third man though.
17.3 Ravi Bishnoi to Dhruv Jurel, full and flighted around off-stump. Driven off the inside half of the bat to the bowler in the end, no run.
17.2 Ravi Bishnoi to Dhruv Jurel, full on off-stump. Defended to short extra cover off the front foot, no run.
Well, this one wont make a huge difference but surely a good smile for the losing side.
17.2 Ravi Bishnoi to Rinku Singh, STUMPED! WIDE delivery outside leg-stump. Rinku comes forward and tries to flick it away to square-leg but gets done for the turn. The keeper then comes into play by collecting it really well and taking the bails off quickly enough! Rinku was found well short of his crease at that point when the third umpire was called for to check and confirm! He had no doubt about that being out.

17.1 Ravi Bishnoi to Nitish Rana, WELL WELL WELL! Full outside leg on seeing the batter go for the reverse. Rana then brought out a glide to short fine-leg as a right-hander! One run taken.
