What a thrilling game this has been! From Hampshire getting to 150 in their innings to Somerset being down and out and coming back from there to clinch this game in one of the most exciting finishes you'll ever see! They were down to 34/5 and it was Tom Abell who really kept them in with even a little chance, scoring a crucial fifty under pressure. However, it was the heroics of Ben Green that really got them through. 35 off just 18 before Overton and Davey finished it off in style!
Hampshire bowled really well from start till the very end until those few overs. They had the game in their pockets to lose from that point in a fashion like that, is hard to take for a team in a big game like this. Poor execution at the death and that brings an end to Vince and his side's campaign.
Somerset are through to the finals then in a nail-biting finish. The finals day is only getting started and from this game, we can anticipate more exciting cricket throughout the day. For the moment, this has been Rishab and Pratyush singing off. Stay tuned for the second semi-final in just a bit!
James Vince: Fairly deflated dressing room, the wicket was tough than we anticipated. We got a score we felt we could defend. All went to plan until those final overs but T20 can be a cruel game and today was not our day. We took wickets throughout, got the rate up and we would have taken that position. Fine margins at the end but they played some good shots. Pretty proud of the guys for turning around the way we did. It's unfortunate to come out on the wrong side today.
Lewis Gregory: What a game to start of finals day! Both teams batted poorly in general but the last three overs were brilliant to watch. We bowled well in the powerplay but did not execute well at the backend. They were still under par and a job well done in the end. I think the wicket was good on the whole and the final might be the best time for the batters. We'll just wait and see what happens.
Josh Davey, Man of the Match: So happy for the guys and this is momentum to carry on into the finals. We got a lot of batting and we bat long way down and we were always confident of getting over the line if we stayed in touching distance. Just staying unpredictable and using the slower ball was the key.
Somerset are through to the finals!! What an incredible chase this has been! There were completely down and out and they have come out of nowhere to pull off what has been a thrilling chase! Got to feel for Hampshire and this is unbelievable. Boy this has been a crazy game of T20 cricket. Tone well set for the finals day!
19.4 Bradley Wheal to Josh Davey, SOMERSET ARE INTO THE FINALS! THEY CLINCH A THRILLER TO SEAL THEIR SPOT! Josh Davey to finish it off with the cameo but the contributions of Green and Overton cannot be understated. Full delivery on the pads, Davey neatly flicks it over mid-wicket to find the ropes and that will be that! Flamboyance to finish it off. All smiles for the Somerset fans in an absolute humdinger! Somerset win by two wickets.
Is this it for Somerset? Is this the hit? The crowd goes roaring and this is simply brilliant!!! Just 2 more needed now!
19.3 Bradley Wheal to Josh Davey, SIX! WELL, HELLOOOOOO! THE STADIUM HAS ERUPTED! In the slot this time, Davey stands his ground and wallops it over long-on, just clearing the fielder for a maximum! That should do it for his side! Wheal's on his haunches here. What a game! 2 in 3..
19.2 Bradley Wheal to Craig Overton, nails the yorker angling into the leg-stump, Overton does well to dig it out towards long-on to get a single. 8 off 4!
19.1 Bradley Wheal to Josh Davey, goes for the yorker but its a low full toss that's flicked towards deep mid-wicket for a single, despite a fumble from the fielder. Pressure everywhere! 9 off 5
Pressure on Wheal to deliver now!
Bradley Wheal to bowl the final over!
What a game this has turned out to be! Edge of the seat thriller as it all comes down to the final over now. This is poor from someone as experienced as Wood and Ben Green has come out as a messiah for Somerset. Incredible innings under such pressure. Good finish for the Hawks. 10 off the final 6 then. Hold your nerves folks!

18.6 Chris Wood to Craig Overton, back of a length delivery on the off-stump, Overton stays on the backfoot to nudge this towards long-on with soft hands to scamper back for a couple. This one's going down the wire!
Marchant de Lange , Right-Hand Bat, comes to the crease
Green is gone! Big wicket for Wood and the Hawks. He's got them back into it and real close though. More Drama!
18.5 Chris Wood to Ben Green, OUT! HE'S HOLED OUT AT LONG ON! Good length delivery outside off, was the slower delivery that beat Green as he heaved it with no timing, right down the throat of the fielder at long-on. Could have gone over the off-side there, but he's done a splendid job nonetheless.
18.4 Chris Wood to Ben Green, SIX! BEN GREEN, YOU BEAUTY!! Another low full toss on the pads, Green hammers it towards deep mid-wicket and just manages to clear Fuller at the ropes. The Somerset fans are back and alive! They've found their voices now and how.
18.3 Chris Wood to Ben Green, goes full and wide, its a full toss and Green has to reach for it to drill it towards sweeper cover, got stop in the deep to keep it down to a couple
18.2 Chris Wood to Ben Green, DROPPED!! Back of a good length delivery outside off, Green thumps his pull very flat towards deep mid-wicket but the fielder couldn't judge it properly, he got his hands to it and that was all he could manage! Crucial two runs are taken with Green back on strike.
WOW!! What a start to the over! Hampshire under immense pressure now and how quickly this game can change!
