Madness! Oh, the ECL doesn't cease to amaze us! Jinnah Brescia are the ones that come off it having broken the biggest of the records - the highest successful run-chase in the European Cricket League! We've been having some immensely entertaining games in the ECL this year - quite a few have gone to the last ball - this contest between Jinnah Brescia and Pak I Care Badalona adds itself to the list automatically!

The biggest factor is Jinnah Brescia's heist was the fact that they had two batters firing on all cylinders from both ends going deep into the innings. While Nisar Ahmed fell early having struck one out the ground, Sharukh Nawaz proceeded to destroy the PICB bowling in the powerplay completely. Fifty-nine came off the first 3 overs, and Jinnah Brescia were in the game completely by then.

Asad Tanveer joined in on the act soon after - his 16-ball 42, studded with 6 sixes complimented Nawaz's efforts commendably. Pak I Care Badalona made their way back in the contest in the 8th over as Hassan Ali nipped both set batters out, but by then, the tone was set. The Jinnah Brescia middle-order were always going to go out swinging, and in the end, they found their hero in Ghulam Farid, and Muhammad Rizwan applied the finishing touches with a six to seal it off the last ball.
