A comprehensive first win for PKR in the ECS. They couldn't have started their journey better. They overcame shaky beginnings in both innings to come on top of Mitry, who, with all due respect, looked like a much weaker side and much less experienced one too.

PKR started the second innings very slowly. Their openers struggled to get away in the powerplay and Mitry kept on building the pressure, which they used in soon after with back-to-back wickets from Noor in the fourth over. However, Mitry didn't give him another over until the eighth and in between that, Pachakhan teed off brilliantly.

Him and Zadran collected a few good runs in the middle-overs and kept o picking one boundary each in every over to slowly increase the run-rate. I the end, the equation became easy enough for Pachakhan to finish things off in just the ninth over.
