Thanks for all your patience, folks! Hope you weren't too unhappy with the shortened game. This is the pair of Rudransh and Arya signing off! Have a good rest of your day!
Olten have got a brilliant win here but you've got to feel for Geneva. They were batting so well. Malyar got both openers out early in just the first over but they had still reached 76 in five overs. Kabir came out with all guns blazing and hit everything on the leg side or down the ground for 20-ball 57.
He was only getting better and looked set for a big one when rain interrupted and we had a long-ish delay. It was very heavy for about an hour but the umpires resumed the game as soon as it got a bit slow, perhaps to get it finished and have some time before the next match. DLS came into the picture and Olten got a target of 82 in five overs.
Malyar knew it was his day and came and smacked 33 runs off the first over against Khattak, setting up the match for an easy finish for Roshanth who just used the bad balls to kept the momentum going. Olten are now on 10 points, very close to the top spot in the table.

Rain is pelting down heavily here. The teams want to go off but the umpires are pushing them to continue because it's only a matter of a few balls
3.3 Roshan Perera to Yashotharan Thirunavukarasu, WICKET! That was a short of a length delivery from Perera, Yashotharan goes for the pull and ends up getting a top edge which has been very well held by the deep midwicket fielder.

3.2 Roshan Perera to Yashotharan Thirunavukarasu, fuller a shade outside off, Yashotharan swings through the line and gets beaten.

Roshan Perera, right-arm medium, comes into the attack
Olten just need 9 runs off two overs to win here. What magnificent hitting this has been, almost like they are putting out all the anger from the loss in the previous game.

2.1 Zahidullah Abdullrahimzi to Yashotharan Thirunavukarasu, SIX! That was on a length a shade outside off, nailed down the ground from the middle of the bat and clears the long-off fence.
What a finish from Karunamoorthy! He's their top run-scorer this year and has kept them in this game. Geneva need a bit of miracle here.
