Oman did a good job with the ball but they couldn't produce their goods with the bat and in the end, they fell short in a nail-biter. They dragged the match until the last ball and that could also be the reason for their downfall. Despite the top-order failing miserably in the run chase, Prajapati stuck at one end and helped Oman to stay alive in the contest with a responsible knock, while Ayaan Khan looked good during his short stay but couldn't convert his start into a match-winning knock.

With Prajapati struggling to find the boundaries, Rafiullah and Khushi's little cameos made things interesting in the end. The hopes are pinned on Prajapati to do the finishing duties but Butt got rid of him and Veerapathiran stuck to his guns to defend 12 runs in the final over
