That was always going to be a tall ask for the Barbarians to get anywhere close to the target they were chasing and in the end, despite a valiant effort from Divyendra Singh who scored a magnificent 71, it was the Prague CC who won it quite emphatically by 80 runs. The Barbarians were not as bad as the scoreline suggests. A batting effort like this against any other team might have fetched them a victory but against a strong side like Prague CC, it wasn't the case.

Wickets kept falling at regular intervals at the other end but Divyendra Singh was always up for a fight. He had to struggle a bit in the middle overs as the other batters failed to get the big shots going and the required rate kept climbing up at an alarming stage. Divyendra was resigned to the fact that the match couldn't be won but he wanted to spend some time in the middle. He eventually scored 76 off 35 deliveries which included 12 fours and 3 sixes which took the score of the Barbarians over the 100-run mark. Ritik Tomar was the pick of the bowlers, bagging 3 in the final over of the match.
