It is still raining at Cartaxo. The ground staff has used what looks like a thick white sheet of cloth to cover the central, artificial pitch. Since, it is windy, they have put tyres, stumps and some wooden blocks over the sheet to ensure it doesn't fly off. Oh European Cricket and its little quirks.
