What a clinical win for PSV Aachen to start their campaign. They simply dominated RRS in all three departments throughout the 20 overs. 128/5 was just about a defendable total but they went about the second innings very professionally.

Tomar was taken out early by Arif and for some time runs died completely as the bowlers brought out a bag of variations in pace and lines. Sakib and Basir built a partnership. The former hit a few good shots early, raising hopes for a chase but didn't get much support from the latter.

PSVA's spinners got tighter and runs stopped coming despite the partnership being over 50. Both crumbled to the pressure in the eighth over and the new batters just didn't have the quality to make something out of the match.
