Royal Tigers won by 9 wickets (with 38 deliveries to spare)

The target of 79 was never going to challenge the powerful batting lineup of the Royal Tigers as that turned out to be the case in the end. Riding on a blazing start from Zeeshan Kukikhel, the target of 79 looked a tiny one. After smashing 13 runs off the opening over, Kukikhel turned in on in the next over as he thrashed Anup Gupta for 30 runs in an over which included 3 sixes and 3 fours.

It was sheer carnage on display as Anup just didn't find any answers in front of his brutal onslaught. The Royal Eagles would have thought they got some leeway when Zeeshan decided to retire after scoring a 12-ball 40 and sent in Saifi out in the middle. Darshan Sudarshnaiah who started off cautiously took the onus on himself when Zeeshan decided to go. It was just sheer carnage on display as the Royal Tigers raced to the target inside the 4th over.
