Turned out to be a thumping win for the Lions. They posted a huge total on the board and the bowlers delivered in the powerplay as the Eagles were reduced to 9-3. Sammy, Charles and Auguste all played some big shots but they couldn't convert their starts into a big score. The Lions' bowlers kept things tight throughout the innings and didn't allow any batter to dictate terms in the middle.
