Sri Lankan Lions won the game by 9 wickets!

Well, well, that was some hitting by Chamal Sadun at the end, they needed 19 runs off and still 5 overs to go but Sadun was in a hurry as he clobbered Mia for all the runs and sealed the game of the last ball in the end.

Earlier in the chase, Sachithra Tharanga went berserk and clobbered Bilal Hussain for 16 runs of the opening over and that set the tone for the chase for the Lions. Tigers on the other hand did well to come back in the next couple of overs to tidy things up and BLCS Kumara perished trying to up the ante.

That over from Mazumder pretty much sealed the game for the Lions as they went after the hapless bowling of Tigers who looked clues. Another resounding win for the Lions and they were completely clinical in this game both with the bat and ball.

They'll only get better from here on but lot to worry for the Nicosia Tigers, they need to work on their batting line-up and the bowling too, they'll be going back to the drawing board and find out what went wrong in the first couple of games.

Some phenomenal hitting from Chamal Sadun in that over that clearly summed the way Srilankan Lions have dominated the two games today and pick up their four points of the day!

Once again tosses up nicely into Sadun's arc as he charges down the track and hammers it around the deep square-leg fence where Mazumder times his jump but misses, goes over him and drops just inside the ropes and trickles over the fence for a boundary.
